    Early days yet, but who do y'all think are looking like big improvers and who will drop off? At this stage I'm think Penrith might just scrape into the 8, but won't be threatening for the title. Probably need to have a better look at all the other squads though.


    Reckon it's got to be between Potter and Price for first coach sacked.

    Don't see us making the 8, but it's a squad full of pace and really good youngsters. Don't think it would be wise to sack Potter this year unless things are going absolutely awful, which I doubt.

    Based on our end of year form after the dropping of Norman and Wallace, and our injuries, 5 to 7 is what I'd be looking at. With the additions of Barba, Kennedy, and some much needed depth in Vidot, Lowrie and the much underrated Green, I think we definitely have a top 8 side if we can stay relatively fit. We certainly have a stronger side than last year and we really should've made the 8.

    Want to make it interesting?

    I will rate Brisbane if Milford ends up there next year. I still think he will. I'll reserve my judgement til sooner though. Ben Hunt and an unproven five eighth is not good enough with McCullough at hooker.

    WRT Brisbane, I have doubts over their halves. It would be better if Milford signs, but IMO he just seems too similar to Barba.

    I don't see how this is laughter inducing. The Cows have finished top 8 the last three seasons. Why on Earth would I not expect top 4? Lachlan Coote is a like for like replacement for Bowen and we've finally got a hooker in King that can provide decent service. Then on top of that Taumololo and Sims will be much better for last season and finally Ash Graham is gone.
