    Cowboys have a top 4 side but we've been saying that for a while now. I'd actually be a little surprised if they did finish top 4 but they must make the top 8. No two ways about that. I really like the look of the roster so we'll see what Green can do with it.

    Another thing they've been saying for a while is watch out for Jason Taumalolo .....

    While I agree he looks potentially to be a great player, it's been a few years now since he was first touted as the next big thing.

    Dude, he's 20 and has 35 games to his name. It's not his fault if Neil Henry thought it was wise to play him in reserve grade when he should've been in the top side. He's a fookin gun. Would not have looked at all out of place coming off the bench for the Kiwis.

    Correct me if I;m wrong, but I don't recall either of you expressing any concerns about our halves last year when we had Prince and Wallace to look forward to. That didn't work out so well. Some fresh blood is the order of the day.

    Yeah maybe ...still though, if he was playing to his potential he should have demanded Henry's selection.

    There's some talk about his attitude towards training and his overall approach to the game.....questions about professionalism or lack thereof.

    I hope he doesn't turn out to be Dave Taylor MkII ......

    That sort of logic absolves any coach who ever made the mistake of keeping someone in reserve grade when they should've been in FG. In other words, you've basically eliminated the category altogether. Josh Lewis (and his Cricsim spaniels will be devastated).

    Yep. Point stands. It's silly to say Taumalolo is actually the one at fault for not playing well enough because it assumes an NRL coach will not make the mistake of not picking a bloke whom he really should. That's not a safe assumption.

    Reports were that he actually wasn't playing well enough in the lower grade .......and as I said earlier, is possibly in need of an attitude adjustment.
