    Him playing hooker for one.

  2. Frizzed WC Welker

    Hardly his fault.

  3. LukeTyson L Tyson

    Brett Stewart for fullback.

  4. LukeTyson L Tyson

Don't think he has much of a choice.

How is whose fault or choice it is, relevant?

If the Broncos started playing Lockyer at fullback again, I wouldn't pick him for QLD for the simple fact that he's not as good as Slater. Whose fault it is that he's playing there is immaterial.

I don't think for a second that Hilder would just forget how to play lock though.

I'm not picking a debutante at lock who's practically been playing hooker for the last two seasons.

Lol over reacting now. He pretty much plays Lock full time unless injury to De Gois strikes, which is sadly a lot this season.

    Hence my reticence.

Hardly two seasons worth of Hooker. More like 10 games.

Fairly certain it's been a lot more than 10 games.

    16. Learoyd-Lars
    17. Scott

Can't do any worse than current sides.

  16. Old Mate M Perry

Absolutely agreed, rate him heaps, he's better than Hayne. Near Slater's level imo.

  17. LukeTyson L Tyson

Yeah IMO easily second best fullback behind Slater.

I actually think when fully fit, Stewart has the potential to be the best fullback in the world; even better than Slater. He's less creative and only slightly less dangerous, but he's a lot more reliable in defence and under the high ball, and has a far better passing game IMO. He's much better than Dugan.

Hayne has been playing more of a 5/8 role at Parra in recent weeks. If he can play good by his standards there he'd be a chance for the 6. Defense again would be an issue, but he'd be no worse than guys like Lockyer or Soward.

NSW still have serious problems in the centres IMO.
