I never said otherwise... was laughing at him calling someone overrated considering all he does on this forum is overrate Wests Tigers players.
The forum underrates Wests Tigers massively. On occasion I maybe overrate players like Keef and Moltzen, but Farah is deadset so underrated on this forum and most of you hate him. It's like he killed all of your fathers, raped your mums and spat in your kebabs ffs.
Both. Slater runs wider than a lot of the fullbacks I'd call great support players (Patten in particular comes to mind), as do his second rowers like Hoffman and Manu, and we all know Johnson was never really much of an option as far as running onto the ball. Doesn't get much help from his halves either, Terry Lamb was one of the best at it. From dummy-half Smith tends to run more across field looking for someone to pass to, rather than running at the line to draw a defender and create a hole. Basically, he plays exactly the way Melbourne are suited to. Keeps it tight when they want to make metres, goes wider when they want points. The rest of the side knows this and basically follows that gameplan to a tee.
Well if he's playing to the gameplan, then you really can't say it's a handicap. And still, he has some very good forwards in Tolman, Lima, Blair, White to an extent and has had for a long time, who are all good tight runners.
I got the scoring at 1-1 so far. Coote 1 for catching bomb and McDonnell being penalised for tackling after being offside. McDonnell 1 for tackling Coote in goal. McDonnell evades Slater and Inglis to get out of in goal, Coote couldnt even avoid McDonnell
lol @Jono tbf. Penrith are too good anyway . Looking forward to Penrith beating the Tigers as well. You know the Tigers have been owned by Penrith since 2005 right? The only team we beat consistently over the last 5 years.
Either way we still would of beat the Tigers. Tigers are not as good as you think if they lose Marshall and Farah they have nothing.
