Fairly certain Mannah can play more than 19 minutes in a match, especially when he started.

I'm actually impressed the way Ennis talks about Origin. The way he uses the word "we", it's just perfect...at keeping him in the side that is. Seriously, he sucks so much ass, but the way he talks during interviews and in the articles, they just can't drop him.

  3. Alec AD Funkotron

Yeah, cause he really proved that during his Origin career.

  4. AVA T Delonge

Played 40 in game two and went well.

Probs sound like Hughesy given Galloway is a Tigers, but tbf, not many players in the history of the game have had barnstorming 9 minute stints with 3 touches of the ball. lol.

Yeah, I'm not saying he was shit. He just definitely didn't do anything to change my mind either way. I don't think he's anywhere close to Origin standard and 9 minutes isn't going to change that. :p

You mean the game where everyone was just a passenger on the Gallen train?
Other than that, he hasn't played for more than 20. If Ricky Stuart let him play for 40 in one game, and only gave him less than 20 in the rest, I wouldn't be surprised that it's also partially Mannah's fault. Obviously the main reason is that Stuart is a retard though.

Obviously Galloway was capable of playing more than 9 minutes though.

I think it was just Stuart's gameplan, particularly when NSW got behind and needed quick points.

Well he's been one of the best props in the game this season comfortably, so he deserves another shot at the very least. No point picking him, giving him 9 minutes and then just shunning him.

    Nah he can definitely gagf.

  11. AVA T Delonge

    I think it's the latter. :p

If the 20 minutes was from two 10 minute stints, i'd say you may be right and he was buggered after that. But his 19 minutes was all one stint, at the start of the game. I really doubt he played 19 minutes and then was too tired to come back on the whole match, when he had 60 minutes + halftime to recover.

Yeah, he wanted mobility. All it resulted in was us shifting the ball wide on our own 20 though.

That opening post is so wrong on so many points.

I agree with Emm on Stuart's gameplan of flooding back-rowers. Some of you easily forget our performance in game 2. You also like to pin point the blame on last nights loss on that game plan. The fact of the matter is, shit errors, terrible kicks in play, pretty much a sub par effort put us on the back foot straight away.

I must be the only one who thinks Tolman will be a total flop in Origin. Yeah sure he gets through alot of work but fmd his hitups are rubbish. If you think him being on the field last night would have improved our go forward you need to cockblock yourself from the entire sub-forum.

The Queensland defence were and are every game up so quickly, so for a front rower who makes little metres from his runs and breaks no tackles, he'll be just another Jason King.

As a starting backrower I agree.
