........No. Tate's was a dog act but that really would've been a club call to sin bin him for it.

You are the one who has the explaining to do postulating that Jennings's was fine but Tate's wasn't. That is absurd. Jennings's was infinitely more dangerous. If you think Tate should've been binned then you have to admit Jennings's should've been as well.

He actually did that off the kick-off believe it or not.

  3. Old Mate M Perry

    That try is absolutely fine.

They both shouldve been sin bins IMO. That being said I'm quite happy for it to just be play on, it's origin.

How is it okay to gather the ball in thanks to an opposition player? He didn't have control of it. This stuff about separation is so flawed afaic.

You watch the tape again. He goes to catch it. Doesn't mark it. It slips through his grasp and only thanks to Boyd's shoulder does he regather it. Just because there isn't separation doesn't mean it shouldn't be a knock-on.

    Total Cevno post

End of the day he had the ball in his hands and put it down, it's not like that horrible torso try shit.

He was lucky to have regathered it so good on him.

    What?

If Morris's try wasn't one then Hodges wasn't either

I agree. Both of them were infringements on the rules of the game.

Boyds attempt to get to the ball on my first glance seemed very slack.

Agreed. Cunt should've just batted it out.

  14. Flash JP Thornton

They were both tries ffs. Morris had control of the ball soon as he touched it and Farah was a fucking idiot plain and simple.

What an absolute load of shit. How you do catch a ball with both hands on the top point? He didn't have control as soon as he touched it which is why first contact was in the field of play and he didn't get it down until 5m into the in-goal.

And Hodges clearly gained an advantage by running behind a team mate, which is against the rules of the game.

I want Thaiday the stupid coon cunt killed.

    And Hodges is god.

Honestly I don't have a problem with it as IIRC the reason he had to re-grab it is because Tate was there. He grabbed it and was pulling it towards him and hit Tate. So Tate dislodged it to an extent.

Not sure if I explained myself properly there but you get the jist.

Was Darius Boyd, and I think the point that is being made is that he never made the initial 'grab' like you claim.

  20. Magic AJ Parker

He's clearly pulling that ball backwards, you'd have to assume that if Boyd wasn't there he would drop it before getting it to ground and even then doubt goes with the attacking side.

Are you seriously saying you would award that a no try?
