Sure Cleary is returning but he could be rusty and this is the first time this spine combination is playing together. They haven't been impressive either.

 

Smith definitely doesn't look like an athlete. Neither does someone like Milford, and he's much better than Maloney.

 

Kind of funny that Merrin getting binned completely changed the momentum. Garbage pass from Taylor cost us hard.

Cleary's made a mistake here - the best time is to bring on Liddle after 30 minutes when the forwards are starting to tire. Taylor is a passenger, his service is awful and he gives away some costly penalties.

We lack creativity - Chee Kam can't create out of nothing like Fonua and relying on Rochow and presumably McQueen later in the match on the other edge won't achieve anything.

 

Has anyone noticed Fittler's been less retarded on air this year? I remember years back after he got sacked from the Roosters him and Johns sounded like they were cooked this year, I think Fittler's acting more serious now that he's NSW coach lol.
