    Australia only had to play the South American team twice out of the past 3 campaigns. The confederation changed yet again so the top Oceania team no longer plays a South American team.

    THAT means your point holds no water at all because no South American team is involved at all any more.

    Oh and btw, I'd back England to lose an away game against every South American Nation.

    I didn't know they changed the rules because i only concentrate on the European teams

    and you're having a laugh if you think we would lose to every South American nation away.

    I'm not trying to be an ***hole but how many Aus players would make the England squad and even the England 1st team. I don't know many of your players but of the top of my head. Cahill, Schwarzer and Kewell (when fit) would deffo make the squad. Schwarzer would prob be the GK. Cahill would if we played 4-4-1-1

    You'll eventually find out that a lot of what's said on this forum should be taken with a pinch of salt. Whether it's people bigging up themselves, or offending others, or just generally saying things that seem stupid. If no one started these arguments, the forum would be a really boring place. People often say stuff just because they enjoy your reaction.

    Australians don't think they are so good at soccer. They are pretty much at the same level in soccer as England are in cricket. Well, quite a bit better, but that's the best comparison I can make.

    I can't think of any other team sports because England generally just make up the numbers. Rugby League, Netball, (do they even play basketball), cricket etc etc etc.

    My favorite thing is that the english team whilst probably consiting of a better group of players then the australian team, they still cant win at the world cup, and it wasn't all that long ago that the australian team beat your beloved english team 3-0, you know what we know we are not a chance to win the world cup, but we will probably do better then the english because we dont choke
