Sucks Hunt is gone, means we are stuck with DCE if we have injuries in the halves.

  2. Boobidy BJ Gemmell

Milford, Hunt, Napa, Lee, Wallace and some other cunt copped bans.

  3. Alex AJ O'Driscoll

    Surely Morgan is preferred

Don't even know how Jarrod Wallace qualifies, pretty sure the cunt was born in Sydney and played his first senior game at Sawtell on the North Coast NSW

Well his bio says he was born and raised on the GC and moved to Sydney at 13. If that's the case, first senior game is irrelevant.

Wasn't Keary born in Qld? Didn't help him any.

Well he moved to Sydney at 13 and moved back here at 16 so yeah, he's played most of his footy here, attended most of his schooling here, and has resided here for most of his life. He definitely qualifies for QLD.

But he was told he had to play for NSW, doesn't make sense.

I like the idea of giving Fensom a go in the middle. His name hasn't been thrown around a lot lately but I still rate him very highly.

    8.Woods
    9.Farah
    10.Gallen
    11.Bird
    12.
    13.Fensom

    14.
    15.Tamou
    16.Klemmer
    17.Graham

I really don't know who I'd pick on the right edge with Cordner almost certainly out. Bird, Hoffman and Graham are all left siders. Maybe Frizell.

Could almost see the selectors picking someone like Tariq Sims. I'd also reckon Lewis would be a shot as would Merrin for the Lock/Bench position.

    Cartwright a smokey?

  12. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

Lewis is pretty much finished I think. His defence has turned to shit.

  13. Julian BJ Taylor

I'm not sold on Fensom being used anymore tbh.

Woods, Gallen, Klemmer and Vaughan should be the prop rotation. Cartwright as the bench backrower is a very good shout for mine. Bird and Vaughan cover lock if Gallen gets injured.

  14. Hunter AD Hunt

Really need a solid right edge option for 16 and 17. In a few years Cartwright will have a mortgage on it.

  15. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

I don't understand. So if those four are the prop rotation, who is actually playing lock when Gallen is up front?

  16. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

Cartwright is clearly a very gifted footballer but his defence is also very suspect.

  17. Magic AJ Parker

I don't think there's a more exciting forward prospect in the game atm than Bryce Cartwright but he falls along way short of SOO in a few departments. Hes a couple years off IMO.

  18. Julian BJ Taylor

And who do we leave him out for?

    Ryan Hoffman or Boyd Cordner?

    Get him in there/

    Rd1 11 tackles, 4 misses.
    Rd12 22 tackles, 5 misses.
    Rd20 16 tackles, 5 misses.
    Rd25 19 tackles, 5 misses.

It's hard to pick someone who throws these sorts of defensive efforts in from time to time. They're downright Tony Williams appalling.

  20. Magic AJ Parker

If I had to pick a backrow tomorrow my top 4 second rowers would be some combination of Greg Bird, Boyd Cordner, Wade Graham & Joel Thompson.

Cartwright is still extremely raw, at the moment he's just a kid who has random moments of brilliance. I think you can look past some of the poor decision making that his inexperience results in at times but the bigger concern is the fact that he's yet to show that he can balance his creativity with what he's still required to do as a second rower.
