He hasn't even been played this season yet has he? Thought they were trying to turn him into a five eighth too?

  2. Magic AJ Parker

    So what...

    To both questions.

  3. Lukic L Popovic

tedescos too good to leave out.

So what? Umm, I assume the NSW selectors might take form into account when picking the side?????? (Correct me if I'm wrong.)

Pretty hard for Moylan to show any when he's not even playing. Tedesco is looking like the best finisher in the game atm. He's Origin ready without doubt imo.

But I guess it's a couple of months before game 1 of Origin for Moylan...but he will need to wear a cape to play better than Tedesco is at the moment.

    They might, who knows.

I'm just stating my opinion and I don't really give a shit that Moylan, Farah, Gallen, Cordner & Sezer aren't playing at the moment. I'd still pick them all.

"They might" pick on form

Dunno how you can say you would pick them now tbh. They might struggle to return to form after coming back from injury.

I won't be too harsh because in the same way kids are told a fairy flies in at night time and swaps their tooth for cold hard cash I'm sure the media has told you that rep teams should be picked on form and form alone.

Yeah, because I'm just soooo naïve and believe that is what should happen

If you're picking a team on reputation only I would still take Tedesco over Moylan anyway tbh. Neither of them have played Origin yet and Tedesco looks the better fullback from what I've seen.

Yeah but you think Manu is the best winger of all time.

    In b4 Cribbs Tedesco>centre

I think I was calling for Tedesco towards the end of last year. He certainly started this year in style too. He's deadly.

Peoples thoughts on Oates for a wing spot?

  13. BMT BMT Con

    Slater out for 6-8 months.

  14. Boobidy BJ Gemmell

    That could be his career.

    1. Inglis
    2. Boyd
    3. Chambers
    4.
    5. Oates

  15. Fiery GR Smith

Nah, Ken Irvine probably. Manu is arguably NZ's best.

  16. Cribbage RG Cribb

Yeah I was thinking about this during the Brisbane game actually. Could do worse.

  17. Boobidy BJ Gemmell

Best ever? Or best currently? Both are way off.

The Slater injury is quite tough. There aren't any centres really dominating at the moment, could even be worth keeping Inglis on the left edge and having someone else at fullback.

Could potentially have Boyd at the back and put Oates outside of Inglis.

  19. Magic AJ Parker

I imagine Gagai would get Inglis's spot.

I'd probably have Munster slightly ahead of Oates too.

Best ever in both cases obv. And arguably NZ's best currently in Manu's. Neither are "way off" at all.

Irvine is widely regarded as the greatest winger rugby league winger of all time. Name a better one.

Vatuvei is definitely the best and most successful winger in NZ history...and one of the best in the world. He might not be the most talented or skilful winger we've ever had but he's definitely the most consistent and effective try-scorer with his size, strength and pace. First player in NRL history to score at least 10 tries in 10 consecutive seasons. That's a wingers job after all. To score tries. And he's about to move into the top 10 NRL try-scorers of all time.

As much as it pains haters (of which there are many on this forum) who revel and jerk off to every error he makes, he's a bonafide legend of the game. Fact.
