    Yeah if the books are anything to go by he/they are fucking boss. Hopefully it starts picking up now, it's been pretty poorly done so far (it just thrives off a very interesting premise so it'll be good irrespective of plotholts/poor direction)

    Just got through Cowboy Bebop, did not expect it to be as good as it was. Kind of wish there was more of it but its better to close leaving the audience wanting more I guess.

    Yeah boss as fuck, i couldn't resist and looked them up. I can't remember watching a show and literally saying out loud "what the fuck!". Other than the dog i was alone, dog didnt seem as into it.

    In terms of quality of storytelling, somewhere between seasons 2 and 3, I think. Going into this the latest series there were, as you probably know if you've seen the preceding seasons, a slew of questions primed for resolution. Some of them were answered, some weren't, and a few additional ones were posed. So it strikes a nice balance and a reduction in primary characters made for a slightly more focused plot.

    It's still convoluted and you do have to slog through the obligatory 10-12 minutes of nothingness and banality which has become so familiar but ultimately, it's worth a watch, I think.
