Reckon I would've enjoyed watching Louis trying to fit into a new firm, obviously he was always going to come back but it happened way too soon IMO.

Just finished season 3 of suits. Enjoying it, but have a feeling it's really about to drop off.

I don't mind Scrubs. I used not to like it much but it's not bad. It's rather repetitive but can be very hilarious. My favourites comedy shows are the ones that still make room for faculties other than humour; there's a serious note every once in a while that nicely breaks up or balances the comedic side.

One of my all time favourites. Absolutely love it.

Is The Strain worth a watch?

Pacing and direction can be frustrating but in general it's entertaining enough.

    Started watching Justified.

It's good and I'll keep with it. The two main leads seem interesting enough. A little bit too 'story of the week' for mine even though they try different structures to avoid it coming across that way. Then again so was Samcro for the first half of S1 and then it got so much better, hoping for the same.

Yeah my missus watched Justified. Seems a bit throwaway.

I definitely think it could be a whole lot better. Two excellent actors playing the 'hero' and 'villain' and the characters themselves are great. Individual plots are done well given they resolve themselves within each episode but the fact that it's so heavily story of the week based there's a definite ceiling. If it took more of a 'modern drama' approach and focused heavily on the one major story arc per season where each episode linked into each other (i.e. good for binge watching) then it could really be a fantastic show.

I know you're into Seinfeld too, as am I, but sometimes the parallels are a bit weird. I mean forgetting the numerous references to Seinfeld, like the Soup Nazi etc (which are perfectly fine), I did find it weird when they brought in Mandy Moore to play the girlfriend who never laughed but instead just said "that's so funny." I mean that's the most blatant Seinfeld rip-off of that Sandy chick that Jerry dates.

Did you ever notice that? Obviously the writer(s) are fans of Seinfeld but that's a bit strange I think.
