I hope so too, but it won't be the end of the day if he jobs it imo. The build-up has been really good so he'll come out of this looking strong regardless of the result. Would be nice to see him win though, it's not like Cena needs the victory. Would be the best IWC troll if HHH goes over Bryan mind you. I can't see it happening, but I would laugh my arse off if it does.
Could arguably be the best buildup out of all the matches IMO. Cena has nothing to gain from winning it tho. But if Bray does win, he'll get an even bigger push and will be taken more seriously IMO. Been reading on the net, Bryan might as well get the win, but Triple H could get himself into the main event and turn into a fatal four way match.
If Bray doesn't win then he'll get a rematch at Extreme Rules and go over. The E has obvs decided that he's going to be pushed massively, so I wouldn't worry about a loss at WM affecting his momentum too much. The funny thing is, under most circumstances a triple threat between the members of Evolution is something I'd actually quite like to see, and reckon it'd be a decent match. But if it happens here, and Bryan is excluded, the crowd will absolutely shit all over it. And as well they might tbh.
Can you imagine the amount of boo that match would get if it did happen. I don't see Bryan winning the title if he does get in. Batista might win it but I don't see WWE taking a risk either after the reaction he got when he won the Royal Rumble. So yeah I still dunno what they will do
while I admit the wwe could do anything I don't think they are stupid enough to deny bryan his moment. plus wrestlemania has always been about the Happy ending- the face ending the show on top.
That's not strictly true tbh. But I agree that it would be foolish to deny Bryan his moment here. The whole angle has been building for more than half a year, the crowd are ready for it, there's a chance to really launch a new top-level star that they badly need etc... No reason not to go ahead really. I'd hate to see Batista win. That'd suck all kinds of balls. If Bryan for some reason doesn't win I'd rather see Orton retain, despite the fact that his current reign has been booked absolutely terribly.
The only reason Bryan may win the title is if Batista is ok with it. There is no doubt that part of his comeback negotiations was him winning the title at WM but no one expected the heat he has had including Bryan's popularity so they would have probably had to get the ok from Batista to drop the match and it is very likely he said no fucking way.
Meh do you really think the WWE would risk the reaction if Batista or anyone who isn't Bryan wins? While theres a part of me scared that will be the case (you never know quite how the wwe thinks) I really really think bryan will finish the show as champ just imagine the imagery of 70,000 people chanting Yes to close the show.
Nah. But there have been various other times where a heel victory has closed out a show. WM16 and 17 etc...
just watched jake the snake's HOF speech So good to see him looking well after how he was a couple of years ago
