He's been great when he's played there. But then he's been great wherever he's played. I can see him spending more time at RB though with Rafael moving to the left if we don't get another LB in

 

He should be spending a bit of time in midfield and at right back as his apprenticeship for playing centre half.

 

He won't be playing CB as first choice just yet imo. He did a good job when played there but Vidic will be first choice. If we lose Rio and dont bring someone in he could do I guess though

 

I don't like him at RB at all tbh.

At CM there is still potential, but at RB he always seems to make 1/2 positional errors.

Don't see Rafael shifting to LB either. There is Evra, Buttner and Fabio coming back.

 

I like him at RB. He's good going forward on that rhs imo and his height adds an extra dimension.

Fabio will go imo - he couldn't even cut it at QPR, Buttner isn't good enough and Evra is getting on. Unless we get another LB that leaves Rafael to fill the gap

Same. Would make for the best last day with top 4 and bottom 3 places still to be decided

 

True, my point is that the way football is evolving (centre half is probably the last position that's evolved), having plenty of experience at RB or in midfield will make Jones one of the best around.
