There's £800,000 difference in prize money for every position in the table. How do you split that one without a tiebreaker?
Different league obviously but us and Oldham finished level on everything a few years back so they got ranked higher due to more wins. I don't know if that's an official football leage criteria or they cbf, obviously a play off for 15th in League One would be the most tedious thing ever
If they got more wins, you didn't finish level on everything, only points, goals scores and goals against. I thought the order they looked at was points, goal difference, goals scored, then most wins anyway? And if they found a difference in one of those, they would put it down to that?
By everything I meant points, Gd and GS. I dunno - evidently the prem rules don't make such a distinction, unless I've missed something.
The stats would be identical except Arsenal would have 1 higher home defeat and an away draw with Chelsea an extra away defeat and home draw. ftr if they used head to head Chelsea won both games 2-1
In the 8 years since Arsenal last one a trophy, all 91 other football league clubs have changed their manager.
Couldn't believe it when I heard Mancini was something like the 10th longest serving manager in England.
