The only thing your basing that on is a handful of performances out of position at fullback in the shittest team out. You could well be right but outright stating it until you see him where he should be is dumb I reckon.

His running game is pretty good too, imo. Awesome acceleration and pretty agile.

Yeah he surprised the pants off me at halfback in a handful of games at Penrith, I'd always thought he was a hopeless **** but there were some small glimmers of potential there.

  4. Julian BJ Taylor

The only thing I was referring to there was 'disciplinary' issues at Parramatta which most ****s wouldn't know about anyway. Absolutely nothing to do with what he's done on the field.

  5. Wilson SB Wilson

Even from his poor performances out of position at fullback you can still see he would be effective at five-eigth through some of his attacking play.

And you're basing it on what? U20's...

  7. Julian BJ Taylor

Yeah. He's not lightning though. Just quick off the makr like a typical koori.

Playing him at fullback was the dumbest thing I have ever seen. Deadset hasn't played anywhere but the halves since he was 12.

  8. Wilson SB Wilson

Yeah, one of Stuart's finest efforts.

    20s
    NSW, Aus Schoolboys
    Reserve grade

in all was a level above.

    So was Brett Seymour...

Yeah, indeed. Given Cronulla's squad I'd pick Graham at halfback at Kelly at five-eighth as well. I just don't think it'll work very well. It has a much better chance of working than every option but it's not saying much.

Such a rubbish combination IMO. Graham's not a halfback. Complete lack of organisation and direction is what I expect.

  13. Julian BJ Taylor

Yep. I reckon Brett Seymour is a pretty good NRL five-eighth.

  14. Julian BJ Taylor

They'll finish higher then North Queensland...whose halves, alone, would be much worse. But they'll have Bowen in and around to make it work a bit better.

  15. Cribbage RG Cribb

Yeah, same. Shit **** halfback but a good five-eighth by NRL standards.

  16. Wilson SB Wilson

I'd be pretty optimistic about Graham's play at halfback because, like I said before, some of his best games have been at halfback.

  17. Wilson SB Wilson

He was immense for us when we finished 3rd. Was a massive loss before the Storm game.

  18. Cribbage RG Cribb

He's a bit like Soward. He's not an organiser but he's at his most dangerous at first receiver. It means he can appear to have a good game at halfback individually even though the general organisation of the team falls away due to him playing like a close-in five-eighth. I think he has much greater potential as a five-eighth but he's still young so we'll see - it's definitely worth a try given the lack of other options (Smith is a self-important, over-rated shit **** and Porter just lacks class).

  19. Julian BJ Taylor

Seymour to Barrett was such a massive downgrade.

Barrett was deadset the worst half at NRL level the last two seasons.

  20. Magic AJ Parker

Huh? Thurston alone > whatever Sharks can put together.
