    Good opportunity for Croker IMO. Wighton needs to stay at 1 cause he keeps getting better, plus his defence saves us tries.

    Sounds like it's gonna be another stinker on Saturday so hopefully we can starve the Roosters ball from the start :P.

    Well on past years you need a minimum of 32 points to make the top 4. Averaged on the previous four years it's more like 34. But going on 32, minus 6 points for the two byes and the win on the weekend, they need to win 13 from the remaining 23 games. I think they'll struggle to do that even with Sezer and Austin. But yeah the next month will be very interesting.

    Our first choice halves are out and we'll still have the best half in this game by a huge margin.

    even with these injuries I'm near certain we will at least be 3/4, if we beat easts 4/4.

    We've signed Junior Paulo for 2017 onwards apparently. Fuck him, Boyd, Vaughan, Fensom and Tapine is a deadly middle third combo.

    I rate Junior Paulo, he just seems a little excessive on top of what they've already got.

    I think they would've been better off balancing their middle third with someone with a more dynamically mobile running game rather than another sheer power runner.

    The thing with Lima is that he really needs to be making big metres to be a net positive because he gives away so many stupid penalties and doesn't know how to play the ball properly. So far in his career he's managed to make enough metres to justify that (fucking gun ball runner) but he can be a frustrating player to follow. He's a bit like a poor man's Jason Ryles. Good luck. :p
