    It wasnt even that he failed to dind ground, he kicked it straight down the throat of Slater and co. You cant tell me that was anywhere near acceptable kicking, most of the time we were starting sets pretty far in.

    Also is Woods just a numpty or is it just me? Softest prop in the game. No drive.

    Slater makes every kicker look second rate. You underestimate just how much ground he had to cover and the athleticism he showed to take some of those kicks 'straight down his throat'.

    It's the least talked about part of his game but just immensley valuable to any side.

    Pearce should have looked to rifle a few kicks out of play when NSW's forwards were clearly being outplayed in the first half. That's the only criticism I'd make of his kicking game; he never kicked for the sideline.

    In fact I don't recall a single Blues kick that found touch (except for Maloney's in row 7. lol)

    I couldn't name a full NSW side atm but the changes I would make are:

    *Dugan dropped for Bird.
    *Jackson dropped, Trbojevic starting at lock.
    *Vaughan to the bench.
    *Peachey or Cook to the bench as utility.

    Probably drop Ferguson for either Mansour or Tom Turbo.

    Woods is a fucking numpty above NRL level. Only seems to go well when the rest of the pack is dominating. At least Klemmer was still one of NSW's best, and Fifita is capable of playing well, if he runs straight. Woods has gotta go. The meme beard isn't doing it anymore.

    Bird absolutely hasto be played at centre. Purely because he's the best we've got, but also because he is an absolute waste on the bench. He can fill spots in the back row effectively yes, but fuck me the amount of professional coaches that devalue the dummy half role, especially at the highest levels is astonishing.

    If Fifita's not dropped then he must be played off the bench. He's pretty slow off the mark when receiving the ball so against fresh defence he's absolutely useless when numbers are in the tackle as was evident in Game 2 and 3. Bringing him off the bench will at least give him more space to utilise the strengths he has.

    Pearce, goooorne. They'll carry on for the next 12 months that he's the best we've got and if we don't pick him than name a better halfback rah rah rah. Enough of this shit. If I was the best rooter in Queensland and got to root the hottest bird in Queensland 7 times and put in did performances each and every time, she would not be going back an 8th time. She'd head to the second best rooter in Queensland because it's gotta be better than what I've been dishing up.

    Agree with these. There's no real chance of Jackson being dropped but I agree with it anyway. I'd also drop Pearce for TBA. If there was a Game 4 I'd be dropping him for Moylan.

    I also think this series was the first in QLD history to force a decider from ANZ stadium having lost a Suncorp game to begin. Usually they've won at ANZ in Game 2 to wrap up the series.
