We were unpenatrable last season. Best defence in the world. I dont agree with that at all. This season we've been missing so many players all through the season so we havent been full strength.

We didnt conceed for a third of the season. And we had the best defence in the league. And the same the season before. To say our defence atm isnt anywhere near as good as some historic defences is a dreadful post too. They may not be as good as the 98 Arsenal but definately up there with Chelsea's 2 years ago.
Haha that is the one blip of our season last year Last season we conceed 24. The season before 22 which is the same as Chelsea in 2006. Last season without the Liverpool gamewe only conceed 20 which is ****ing awesome. One game made a huge diference to the figures.

Lol I actually came back and added the bit about 98 because I remembered how good it was. And Vidic and Ferdinand have both been injured, and when they have played they've played with niggles. So its not a fair representation of our defence at all. Anyway lets not troll this thread with another shite argument.
Yeah, no point. It's only a small difference IMO. Hardly disrespectful say I don't think a certain defence is quite as good as 2 of the best defences of the Premiership era

So instead of basing it on good players who are good for the starting positions and whos crap for a starting positions. Everyones going to be purley based on how good they are. So moving on Best 3 - Del Piero - Has all the technical ability in the world, but his fitness is going to be a big problem going through an entire season with a fast paced league. 2 - Hleb - Think hes going to be able to come off the bench and play a very playmaker esque role and control the game just as well as any starter he comes on for 1 - Di Natale - Bit of the same deal as Del Piero in he might not be able to play full matches, but will be able to cope beign a sub throughout the season Worst Just gonna stick to the 1 worst for now Grafite - Seems to be a pure specialist striker. Only problem is he doesnt seem to be that good in his speciality
