    Not sure where the Llorente rumour is coming from, but it seems like it'd be a bad move to me. Not just because he's old, he's also shite.

    Keylor Navas to United as part of a DDG/Ramos deal is doing the rounds. That one makes sense.

    Yeah United want Ramos + Navas or £28m. Can see why Madrid are hesitant, but it's great to see us put our foot down on the issue.

    LvG backtracked last night and said the surprise player may not be a striker after all lol.

    Disagree Fergie managed it with Ronaldo. Ronaldo was out to play for himself that final year, and it showed. We were a lot worse in 2009 than 2008, because there was little teamwork. He spurned a great chance in the CL final when he refused to pass too.

    Obviously we were a better team for having him than without, but we were a far better team the year before when mentally he was a Utd player not a Madrid transfer hopeful

    Speaking of... Alot of papers today saying Benitez and Ronaldo have fallen out and wer looking to capitalise. Seems incredibly unlikely that theyll sell him but for so many journalists to report the same thing at once there must be a small amount of truth in it

    Ronaldo was at United when Benitez was at Liverpool. Fergie had an extremely low opinion of Benitez, and presumably wasn't shy of saying so in the dressing room, and you have to think some of that must surely have stuck with Ronaldo given his relationship with Fergie.

    Although I definitely don't think a move will happen this summer. Ronaldo wants to be challenging for the Champion's League and we're not anywhere near good enough to do that.

    Just seems like his family couldn't settle in the area, pretty nasty break in at their home seems to have put his partner off the place, and it wouldn't surprise if that unhappiness affected his form.


    Shame really, but probably best for all parties if he moves on.
