Wait people still give a shit about Busquet's antics?

Good chance LVG's mystery striker was Lukaku

Not that Everton would sell to us, but it was all based on Depay putting 'see you soon' on Instagram and the press deciding that means at the training ground, and not that half the Manchester and Liverpool based players all live in the same parts of Cheshire, as its easy to commute to either training ground (and far nicer than either city), and thus a lot of them socialise outside of football. Hell even Stoke players live round there too.

He'll stay, he's much much better than every other DM in the world. Not everyone realises this but Barcelona definitely do.

Yeah he's a quality player no doubt but he is a world class knob and I really don't like him at all

  9. Uppercut CB Faldo

Yeah being a knob is in the job description. Look at Roy Keane.

Kane left out of Tottenham squad in preseason game and the commentator said it was because United made a massive offer for him

I'm hoping it's more a case of Spurs playing two games in 3 days and then having to take on Man u a few days later.

Shocking lack of integrity being shown by Man Utd. As good as cheating.

De Bruyne seems like a probability for City now.

The rumoured fee for De Bruyne is insane- £47m. Wolfsburg surely can't possibly turn that down.

Citeh have no obvious need for a player like him and he struggled in England before. Kagawa was just as good in Germany, and younger- he cost less than a third of that price and was still a failure. But if FFP is being relaxed by enough then maybe it doesn't matter much to the owners.

I think he offers much more than Fernandinho who is the current CM incumbent next to Toure, which is where De Bruyne will slot in. If he can continue where he left off last season and stay at the club for several years to come, I would say he is worth the money.

Yeah, the Bundesliga is basically heaven for these number 10s who excel in counter attacking systems. It's much quicker and has much more counters than any other top league, so if you're quite quick, a good dribbler and can pass, you'll get great numbers. It's a lot harder in other leagues where's there's less space, and City are much more likely to try and break sides down in a possession side. Franck Ribery made some good comments on how de Bruyne wouldn't really suit Bayern because he flourishes with space to attack and hasn't got super amazing close control.

    ffs man.
