Go Tarty. Get yourself a win.

Having some small issues with the sim. I'm fixing them now, but there will be a short delay. Consider it a brief floodlights failure. :bag:

I think I've identified the problem. Should be fixed in 15 minutes or so.

  5. Escath LE Schaw

No one really wants to watch this game anyway.

    I would love too

    So do I...

  8. Andato BJT Manera

Steve has smashed the floodlights knowing his team is going to get flogged.

Right. The floodlights have been fixed, the anthems have been completed and the teams have assumed their positions. The ref blows the whistle, the clock starts ticking and Aaron Hunt gets the match underway.

WE WANT HUNT! the cheer resounds around the stadium.

    10th Minute

Hunt with the ball for Cambridge XV having received good ball from an attacking line out. Half way in Tart Territory, and he evades the tackle of Paddy Orr before offloading to Ashleigh Stroud. Stroud with the big fend on Kyle Tait and he’s burst through and gained good yardage. Great offload to Son who keeps the momentum, but where’s the support. Simon Laing there with the cover defence, but only 3 metres from the line here.

The man Hunt doing his thang.

Wes Welker is there in support for Son, and. Oh, that’s a loose pass from Son – right at Welker’s ankles and dribbles through to Kelvin Fung.

Wasted opportunity there as Fung clears the danger. He’s not got it very far, but it relieves the pressure for now.

Another successful line out for Cambridge XV, but Dexter Astele carries that into no-man’s land. Only Verigotta for support, and they’re easily turned over by Laing and Masters. That’s the danger averted.

    14th Minute
Off the back of that line out, the Cambridge XV have set up a solid maul here. The Tarts forwards are being pushed back soundly here. It takes a while for the Tarts to re-coordinate, and eventually they do, having conceded at least 10 metres there.

Clean ball from the maul. Cambridge XV look to be building something here with the Tarts forwards looking exhausted. Son to Cambridge. Cambridge with a good ball to Sweetman. But what’s this? A great tackle from Rob Cribb slows this play down. Cribb’s escaped with the ball, but is immediately smashed down by Sam Verigotta who had been poised to support Sweetman. Cambridge forwards all over this ball, but the ref has seen nothing. The turnover secured as Welker thumps in.

    -------
Laughing at Sweetman getting tackled by the Half Back.

Looking very forward dominant this game, should give my backs some room to play with.

The ball comes to Son. Again, Son to Cambridge. Good gain here as the Tart defence scatters. Cambridge offloads to Bakkum. Nearly at the line. Cribb looks to tackle, but Bakkum offloads to Verigotta and that’s over! TRY TO CAMBRIDGE!

Hunt misses what should have been an easy conversion.

    Tart's TTs RFC 0 - 5 Cambridge XV

    Tries: Verigotta

Looking real good here. I am liking this!

Just you and me in here, sadly, Steveo!

    20th Minute
Tarts need to regroup here from the restart.

Deep kick from Ames well caught by Astele. Astele tries to spread the ball wide. Good pass to Farnsworth. Farnsworth to Stroud. Off to Bakkum. Bakkum to King, but that’s poor vision there. King’s been NAILED! Whoah, what a hit from Eggman there on the Cambridge Centre. King has backup from Eddie Morris, but the Tarts simply have more bodies there. That’s a good attack snuffed out early there.

Oh your doing this right now.

  20. Farny AP Farnsworth

Feeling pretty confident here, as long as our forwards stop getting the ball ripped off them by scrum halves.
