I didn't want to die and had zero trust for you. Especially with your crusade to try and prove the world that neutrals aren't necessarily bad for the town. I had it in my head that if you knew I was maf (or the imperial assassin) you'd hand me over to town to win their trust.

I think you forgot that you had power in that situation too. In that you could kill him.

Yeh when I played Jabba I waited until i could be sure of a mafia and then let them know I would help them if they helped me. I essentially mafia sided fairly early on

I had leverage with town if i was ever put under pressure though in that if I died my most valuable items were held back so they wouldnt have access to them. Also an advantage I had over Skippos was I wasnt outed on the first day.

I think Skippos' biggest problem was his desperation to come off as valuable as possible in the thread. If he'd trusted myself and Howe a bit more to stop a lynch on him he didn't need to be so insistent he was useful. It just stuck a target on his head imo

Yeah I think it's fair to say that I panicked. Especially knowing that Skippos was relaying info. Then being told what to do by someone else who hadn't revealed their identity didn't exactly put me at ease. And whilst my win was with Mafia, I wasn't forced to do what they wanted.

Which would have made you incredibly powerful and valuable to Skippos, because you could have screwed us over by killing one of us then in the QT going "sorry must've been redirected".

Just remembered that I argued against killing Mousey N0.

If I hadn't, he'd have been janitored, town would have had no idea Anakin Skywalker was in the game, I could have conned Chewie into turning to the Dark Side.

    God-dammit.

How did Logan's role work? was he genuinely neutral?

If that was the case, knowing Skippos' desperation to survive, and how difficult it is to survive a game as a neutral being upfront with him might have been a pretty gun move for both.

"I'm the assassin. I know who the mafia are but I'm not aligned with them in anyway. This is what's going to happen -we're going to work together. I can't be killed at night, and I can stop the mafia targeting you. If you defend me to the town and stop me being lynched then we're cool - if not and I feel we're not working together here I will kill you. If I'm lynched before I can do it, someone else will."

Skippos could then have tried to string me and Howe along for a bit until it got to the point where lynching him would actually be the equivalent of a no lynch - especially if Skippos was sparing with his lynch votes. Logan could throw a mafia or 2 under the bus - Arheiner being a great choice in this game and maybe Skippos could have sent him after one of the 2 bounty hunters (he didn't need them himself if he knew he was safe at night)

Na it would've failed. Mousey's location was unknown. Cos he was a part of your own conciousness

Double death N0 including a mafia would've been hilarious but shitty for your game haha

Haha if Vader was killed or lynched you'd both die.

I was the main champion of killing Mousey N0, because I thought he'd rage so hard.

    Probably would've cried.

My faction was with The Empire, so I'd say probably not true neutral. When I was lynched I was expecting my name to come up in red and Athlai hadn't actually told me that I was Rukh. I also didn't know that I couldn't be killed at night/that I couldn't be targeted. I probably should have guessed that I wasn't entirely mafia because my kill didn't count against the Empire's kills. Your scenario may well have worked, but I didn't think to do that because I thought I was fully mafia.

Surely Vader could have killed Anakin once and for all though?

Also disagree with Athers when he says that Luke should be hard to turn. He basically travels down the same dark path in Episode VI that his father did before him. Oddly enough it's the Emperor who stops him turning to the Dark Side by giving Luke a chance to stop when he's battering the shit out of Vader.

Luke and Vader are also the only two who utilise the ability to Force Choke.

This isn't what happens at all ftr.

Luke despite being in the presence of both Vader and the Emperor in a moment when his friends and cause is going to be destroyed. Chooses not to kill his father and chooses not to join the Dark side.

There was no chance of him turning in the movie storyline.

I suppose ultimately Luke had nothing to gain from turning to the Dark Side. But I certainly think he was in danger of succumbing to its power, both when he's goaded by the Emperor into fighting and by Vader when he threatens to turn Leia.
