Really don't know why the Roosters signed LOD. They don't need him.

    How don't they need him?

There are big question marks over whether he's good enough anymore, but they really did need a prop.

Or are you posting from 2010?

Not just the prop factor either. Only SBW has had much of an NRL career out of their forwards, I think he was signed as a leader of the pack sort of situation.

Kinda sick of FPN style forwards, yeah he can dominate sometimes but the constant stupid errors etc. is what killed the team last year. With the amount of strike there now available it might be best for the team if he didn't play, they can't all just be attacking forwards.

Not just last year for the last 4 years at least.

He's not just a creative player though, he offers good metres up the middle and he's a pretty solid defender. He does make a few dumb errors but I just don't think there's anyone else up to playing lock in our team at the moment. I was pretty impressed with him last night, upped his workload through the middle and the only error I remember was when he tried to get a quick play the ball and Blair crowded him with his knee that could have just as easily been a penalty.

I also reckon he'll form a pretty decent combo with Maloney, there was already a little sign of it yesterday.
