Front-end some deals, take the likely crap season on the chin and don't ruin future seasons with poor squad management.

  2. Boobidy BJ Gemmell

Agreed. Brisbane have to start planning for 2022. 2021 is going to be another shit year, at least a bunch of over paid useless cunts finish up next year. They should be able to target multiple big names for 2022.

    Ok
    Thanks for that

Warriors fans are scrolling the internet for afb news and updates

We will have a parade down queen st if we sign him

Have you blokes heard of queen st?

  5. Lukic L Popovic

Thats where you do the pride parades?

  6. Toolman TR Man

I think there's a queen st in nearly every major commonwealth city. Fonua Blake is such a warriors signing, I wouldn't be celebrating it too much.

    Hi lads t

    Thanks for the feedback.
We have a saying in Aotearoa in that you can say something is "World famous in New Zealand".
So we have 3-4 streets in NZ that are "World famous in New Zealand".
    1) Queen St is the main centre of business and commerce and shopping in Auckland. It is a very hilly street. When I grew up in Hamilton it was a buzz to go to the big smoke and walk down Queen St.

    2) Karangahape road. This is where the Gay pride festival is held Lukic. It is a very happening st in Auckland with fantastic restaurants. It even has its own web site.

    3) Lambton Quay. Is the centre of shopping in my city: Wellington

All the rugby world cup parades have been through Queen St and Lambton Quay.

Word on social media is that we are getting closer...but more discussions are needed. Today will be a crucial day for the Warriors negotiatiors. Manly may ask us for Dollars or a player today as compensation and the discussion must be handled well. Don't fuck this up Cameron George.

  8. Toolman TR Man

nobody in the world knows of those streets

  9. Boobidy BJ Gemmell

Hurricane is a troll or autistic

  10. Magic AJ Parker

AFB is definitely one of those players you worry in the wrong environment could go backwards very quickly and the Warriors haven't exactly had the best track record with props.

On his current showings he's a tremendous signing though. Comfortably one of the top 5 props in the game for mine.

  11. Hurricane JD Hurricane

or c) has a whacky and very dry sense of humour
Or d) all of the above

my mum told me last month my rigid decision making and standards I hold people to account on is in the autistic range

When I was in my twenties I was very autistic and had zero common sense. I had to continuously ask people what to do in bleedingly obvious situations
Autism is common with geeks and highly academic people. For example I have two university degrees and since 13 years old have been able to recite Pi to 9 decimal places. At one point I was curious about testing myself to learn it to 30 places. I am sure I could have but had other priorities namely cricket trainng. Which I did intensely in my youth.
As an aside as I was a premier division cricketer in my twenties that’s how serious I was.

    Finally on the troll thing
    Trolls try to stimulate fights
I am a positive troll in that I try to stimulate conversations. Not interested in fights and have a very thin skin so tend to walk away or put person on ignore very early in the process.
I am interested in having as much activity as possible on message boards and am very very “ active” would be the word you blokes would use.
Prolific would be the word I would use to describe my posting frequency.

happy with both of your labels in a way Boobiddy.

Edit just to add to a very long post

Being hurricane is difficult. I don’t fit into many groups. So I appreciate the positive comraderie on this message board. I have a number of real life friends but only one them can go toe to toe with me with the bizarre and abstract conversation topics I want to discuss.

    2nd edit
I was beaten up from pillar to post In cricket web for being “different” and to flee the site with an angry mob baying for blood. My major crime that incensed half of them was dissing some shit hole cricket league calked the IPL
That didn’t go over well with IPL fans... yeah good times
People took out Multis or sock puppet accounts to attack me that’s how much I was rejected by the group.
The real reason wasn’t the ipl though
I conjecture it was how prolific I was and familiarity breeds contempt for some people.

May be blighted by autism but also blessed with discernment
I discern that Boobiddy meant me no harm with his post and observation so I answered

I detect that you mean me harm, injury, and misfortune with the tenor of your thrust.

I am going to jog on at this juncture and leave CricSim again as I can see I am not welcome here and don’t wish to be attacked daily like I was on cricket web.

Thanks fir the chuckles and trading posts with me over the past 6 months Boobiddy and others

    cheers

    Do you even uni bro?

You are all very nice guys
Including magic who eventuality I would have taken off ignore and patched it up with

As part of my "autism" and lack of common sense I believe in complimenting people if is earned as life is full of negativity.
So with that in my mind let me say you all impress me I think you all have good values and that you are all stand up Men.
Men are people who treat others with dignity and respect and by so doing so develop their own self esteem and standing in the community. You are all Men. It has been my privilege to interact with you over the past 6 months.

However, My sense of discernment is never wrong. I am going to jog on as I think Qwerty's post is just the start of a number of attacks that will occur if I stay here and I need to protect myself as I was too slow to quit Cricket Web when mob mentality took over that web site and the kids that were on it became like characters in the book the Lord of the Flies and persecuted me unrelentingly.
They were actually obsessed with me in all senses of the word.
To the extent that I went back there to lurk one day 24 months after I quit I discovered it was still an active part of daily posting to diss me. One dude entered me in their battle of the members competition even though I hadn't been and simply was not a member and hadn't been for 2 years. His reason for doing it must have been psychological obsession with me. His plan worked as once entered into the competition untold members flocked to the thread to say how horrible Hurricane is. My point isn't actually that they all think I am horrible it is more the timing being two years after had dissappeared.
    Two fucking years.
I can't afford to be around weird freaks who are so obsessed about me they start threads about me two years after I departed. It is cuckoo stuff, but also quite scary.
Tonight things were reminding me of CW and I need to jog on as a result.

On a positive note all of the regular posters on this rugby league forum weren't joining in and always treated me with human dignity and respect and I will remember all of you well.

The other small reason Lukic, is that I became a prolific sports forum user because I have no kids and wife to talk to at night and I think TV and netflix is low brow garbage. While talking to people on sports forums is genuinely interesting and you can bond with a small community. The good news for me but bad news for fellow posters is that some 15 years after the love of my life crushed me by telling me she wouldn't take me back, I have a new girlfriend. The new girlfriend wants me to cut back on the Internet. So I am kind of looking to cut back on some of my forums anyway. You guys probably only belong to cricsim while I belong to 4 forums not counting cricsim. I really this like this person and don't want to fuck this up.

Again I like all you guys and learned a lot about rugby league from you. Learning rugby league from Australians is something to be coveted as you Ockers are born with the game and simply have a better understanding than us New Zealanders. Will miss reading from and learning from all of you. It was a treat to read your expert views and I will miss that.

    Thanks

    Auf Wiedersehen Hurricane

Yeah agree with what Lukic said Cano. I understand that there's a lot of cunts here which can make things awkward for you, but I do genuinely appreciate that there's someone here who actually enjoys talking footy rather than just being kind of disillusioned about it and basically agreeing with whatever Cribb says. Also Qwerty has made like 10 posts in like 10 years.....he's not really someone to pay much attention to either way.

But seriously, I like having you here and it's a shame you don't feel the same way.

harden up m8, this is an aussie forum. half of this forum's content is talking shit.

and we need you to stick around to debate MF. none of us can take him, but i'm thinking you might be able to go toe to toe with him and stick it out until he gives in.
