Indian domestic cricket is terrible. Jadeja averages 50 in it. Cunt will probably score a ton tomorrow now I say this but he isn't that good. In saying that even if you knock 20 off a 50-55 average (and I'm not sold Cribb's sim will be that brutal) then blokes averaging 30+ in cpl at this stage is still good.
Simon Harmer added. What a bloke. Not really sure what he is but he's got a 'A' team 8fer as well as being a handy batsman. 2010-11 to present, FC stats: Code: Name Matches Runs Ave Wickets Ave 1. I think he'll more be competing with Dhawan and Sadaf really; Eds's go-to option for away games on turners.
Yeah what Cribb said. He'll play in every trial because I really have no idea what he'll be like but he was mainly picked for being different to anything else we have.
He's basically another South African spinning all-rounder. Even if his stats may look a bit strange, he's a bowling all-rounder, kind of Boje/Peterson style in his all-rounder-ness. Except he can actually bowl. Wouldn't bat him at 7 personally.
Yeah, he always seems to do really well with the bat at A level though. I think I'd probably need to lengthen the tail to have him at 7, but on a rank turner he'd be great at 8 I reckon.
Yeah he's no muppet with the bat but not a guy who'd ever be more than a bowling a/r. Bare in mind he has a heap of n/o's which boost his average a good bit.
Shaminda Eranga adds some Test pedigree. Should be a more than worthy deputy. Code: Name Matches Runs Ave Wickets Ave 1. Harsh Khadiwale 35 2799 51.83 2 58.00 2. Kusal Perera 28 2308 53.67 3. Read this as "I see your break from picking the little Sri Lankans lasted one whole pick". Eds, you aren't somehow related to a certain A.W Greig are you?
