What he's saying is that this season there have been many exits from the Gamblers. A good few of them were due to a lack of activity, but if so many were looking for activity, they could have found it with each other.
I wasn't intimidated, believe it or not the Gamblers were quite accepting/supportive. It's just hard to stimulate discussion when most people aren't around often.
They're a bunch of oldfag members who've known each other for years and have met up in real life. Do you know how hard it is for a new member to break into that? Plus I would argue that Boobidy is rather intimidating.

Every single new person we have recruited, and turned them into a good ALC player, or even a good BS player, has left. I've already said in the subby we won't be signing any new players anymore. Our subforums activity isn't going to rise. All the people at the Gamblers don't need to post shit in the subby, when we could simply post it in the main forum and get a complete discussion on the topic. If we want to rag someone out, again, done in main forum.
