Tbh a little excited to see how us playing his philosophy will go, and I dont really want Martinez tbh.

 

3 year deal for Rodgers apparently. Not really sure what to think, not convinced, but I he has built a solid squad at Swansea and looks to play good football, think he was under Mourinho at some point as youth / reserve boss?

Will see how he goes in terms of signings. If this somehow helps us get Sigurðsson I will jizz my pants.

 

I think he'd do well but I don't think hes going to make as big an impact as some fans seem to be thinking.

Thats not targeted at you guys, just in general some fans

 

Most Liverpool fans want Rafa back or Dalglish brought back, not like many actually want Rodgers/Martinez

Yeah thought that he had been under Jose, if he had half the impact Jose had on Chelsea we'd be doing pretty well

The rumour going around is Rodgers only signed because Liverpool aren't interested in a DoF anymore.

 

Apparently we won't be having one.. Cannot see him having full control, they'll hire a 'Sporting Director' to essentially do the same job imo.
