The first step on the road to becoming a non-retard is admitting you are one. Well done.

I just find it funny that you're criticising someone for the way they write when you yourself post like a spastic.

I didn't criticise how you post- just pointed out the reason why you try to use big words.

Maybe I'm a spastic(your word not mine- (I'd say some spastics are more in touch with the real world than you) but at least I can get my point across without sounding like a Harvard educated tosser.

You may think you sound smart, but normal people don't need to talk like a thesaurus. Do you talk to your mates like you do on here?

    Probably not.

    too many spaces again?

    hard to read?

The words he was using were not pretentious though.
They were fairly common words, and ones that I would have to problems using in a conversation with mates.

He does sometimes bust out the superfluous grandiloquence, but this was not one of those times.

Yeah, I do actually. Do you take a 3 second pause between sentences when you talk to your mates?

I've had plenty of people on here criticise me for exactly the same thing you are. The bar is usually set a bit higher than "opaque" or "refutation" though.

I have to take a 3 second pause between words to talk to most my mates.
