Yeah. If we're thinking all-time eleven or whatever then: Cribb Speirs Manera Gemmell Downpipes Flack Dempsey Tyson Wilson Eggman Bullpitt Eggman probably 50/50 in terms of longevity but he's been the most feared bowler for a while now, was the one who took over Wilson's mantle etc, reckon he deserves it over Alec who'd be next in line. Vago stiff to miss out for me just because I'm me, too. Realistically he's been a better bat than me across our careers by a fair bit and there's not that much need for another bowler there with Flack/Speirs present.
Fair side. Lewis also a good shout, he's been consistently awesome for ages. I would've thought that Choco would be ahead of Alec too. Off the field I reckon King's worth mentioning.
Choco was better than Alec at their primes, but it was really close, and Choco has fallen away in the last couple of seasons while Alec has, if anything, improved slightly. So I think if you look at the overall package, Alec wins out.
Lots of blokes were absolutely fucking awesome for pretty short periods: Stacker Ono Hayes Surkelton Farnsworth Luffman And we've got players who are basically at that period now, who could either fade away like those blokes or really push on like the blokes in the XI I named: Weaver Torres Morgan Chewie Welker Popovic Deane
