Yeah, I thought about that. We could get people who want to be involved but don't have teams to select the combined reserve grade sides and have a proper comp out of it. For example - the Sneaky Soliders, run by Cevno, play in reserve grade and get to pick reserves from your team and Marcuss's team who aren't selected. The only thing is, they wouldn't get to be part of the draft. I guess they could recommend/suggest players. Or even have a mini draft at the end to add a few players who are just theirs. I like that idea.

I'd rather pick my own reserves tbh, and control them. Chewie, Mike, Cevno etc should get their own sides next season anyway. Make the rules harsher on turning up to your damn games once the season starts i.e. fuck around too much and your team is taken off you and given to someone who appears interested.
Could exclusively play grade cricketers in the reserve teams and let them develop like how our cricsim players develop.
