Either for this season or future seasons. I want to know how this can be improved.

Do we want to extend squads to 25 and have a proper reserve grade next season? More teams? Divisions? Home grounds?

This also included ideas for the site ftr. Cosmetic or otherwise.

I like the idea of a proper reserve grade as long as they dont get injured

Home grounds would help me as id effectivley make spin completely useless (face)

Are there that many more players out there worth including?

Home ground for sure. Adds a new dimension to it.

Not really, but it'd test people's knowledge/research more. I know you'd struggle to keep your current drafting policy going though...

I'm opposed to home grounds for three reasons:

    - They'd make the season twice as long. 42 rounds if we keep the same number of teams.
    - They're a pain in the arse to set up.
    - People would create really stupid ones, IMO, and the results end up unrealistic.

    More teams,imo.ninjai

End of season knock out tournament vs CW

(although we'd probs get dicked due to spread of teams)

I DONT KNOW IM JUST THROWING STUFF AROUND

Haha yeah I can see us going to at least 24 unless current owners bail from it. We had the Season 1 finalists bail from Season 2 and beyond... Royal Maharajahs and Hartley are no longer with us either.

Haha, it'd be interesting to have the two premiership teams play each other. World Club Challenge.

Yeah, I don't really fancy seeing a competition where it's all coming from Cricinfo/Cricketarchive though. It's about right as is IMO, blokes with better knowledge of players who only play domestically have a bit of an advantage over the rest of us, they end up with more depth and less reliance on retired players. As it goes on they'll probably end up with better sides by picking the future internationals as well. The rest of us who don't have as much knowledge can still compete decently enough in the first eleven though. Adding one or two new teams is probably feasible, but 7 players to every side would be too many IMO.

I'd be keen on reserve grade, but if the competition expands (and there's huge interest) then the draft could get interesting, and the gap between reserve and first grade will be wider than most Johnson deliveries.

I'd be all right because my plan for next season is retain all my good players then launch after a mix of remaining quality and Central Districts players. Problem solved.

People who look up obscure South Africans and Indians though, will get screwed.

    ZOMG NO WAI!!!!:surprise:

How many teams are in the CW one?

I was briefly tempted by Plan Morgie but then decided to go for the classic.

Sixteen squads of sixteen. All the teams look pretty good as a result.

Dire, was trying to think of a way to work in a fair knock out tournament like putting 2 cricsim teams together but then they'd be overstrengthed compared to CW

    Wasnt a great idea anyway
