So apparently the BDO 2013 line up was leaked: Too good to be true, but a few bands makes sense Hot Chip will be at Falls, Temper Trap and The Presets' new albums would've come out, so they'll be touring. Although Two Door Cinema Club are a headliner, highly doubt Blur would reform for the BDO (would be sex if they did though)
If RHCP are at BDO I'll go off my nut. Probably do the same thing I did for Muse at the 2010 BDO which was hang around the front of the D for about 5 hours and then push my way to the front row while Powderfinger played. I just wish I would have seen them in their prime i.e. '91 or '99-'04. Also I agree that the second looks more legit than the first.

Might be some truth in some of the bands on them. Maybe screen-grabs of actual designs by the BDO poster dudes, with bands on them for the sake of giving it a complete look.
It'd be highly unlikely any 2013 festival has more than 1-2 bands signed up at most at this stage - It tends to happen this early to catch a really big headliner for an exclusive slot. For those in the UK Summer, things will usually start moving around Nov time - the next big things are starting to emerge, bands tend to announce summer albums/tours to the promoters. Those on a mid billing 2nd/3rd stage will probably be around 3-5 months before the festival - The festival organisers are not overly fussed about losing a band at this level, so don't prioritse, and bands themselves tend to try and find festivals that fit around their touring plans
The Big Day Out is in January 2013 and the lineup is being announced in half an hour. It's about 2-3 months earlier than usual though. Also, RHCP HAVE CONFIRMED!!!
