Including all their 80s shit? Uplift Mofo Party Plan possibly one of the worst albums I own. Chili's can be so hit and miss live. Both one of the best and one of the worst live shows I've seen. Shame the on form show was about 8 years ago
My post was looking at UK festivals TBH, obviously those on the underbelly of the planet will be moving over the next few months. As you said, its a few months earlier the announcement this year, think we'll see a similar trend for our festivals next summer, as promoters are starting to realise people will pick and choose their festivals rather than go to a few, so a strong, early line-up could catch a few extra fans
Crystal Castles fuck. I would buy a ticket just for that but hopefully they play at HQ like last time. My god Alice Glass. Foals and Glover would be awesome though
Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Killers, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Vampire Weekend, Band Of Horses, The Bloody Beetroots Live, Kaskade, Animal Collective, B.o.B, Sleigh Bells, Foals, Alabama Shakes, 360, Crystal Castles, Pretty Lights, Off!, Grinspoon, Against Me!, Nicky Romero, Morgan Page, Gary Clark Jr, Every Time I Die, Delta Spirit, Childish Gambino, Me, Hunting Grounds, JEFF The Brotherhood, Death Grips, Adventure Club, Jagwar Ma, House Vs Hurricane, Avalanche City, Toucan, Helena, Nina Las Vegas and Sampology. ehhh. Not bad I guess.
Pretty stock standard I reckon, few bands I'd love, few bands I'd like and a few that just aren't for me. It's all about the time table, they normally have some major clashes. I wouldn't be going anyway, cunt of a place to have a festival.
I was hoping to see Off! in America in dec/jan only to announce shows in Melbourne 1/2 days after I flew out Would go to BDO just to see them. They'd be coming out because of RHCP, I would think.
