Fuck that was ordinary defence again. England's defensive structure has been 100 times better than Australia's in the first half; they've just lacked in tackling technique at times really.
How many more times does Inglis have to make shit reads like that before people realise his defence is garbage?
Probably the worst first half of footy I've seen from Australia since the 2005 Tri-Nations final loss. Credit to England though. Aside from some silly errors, they've looked very willing and very determined.
They really aren't playing that well at all IMO. Legitimately expected better. Get Widdop on at halfback.
Haha I love Sinfield but playing a lock at halfback in a Test match is a bridge too far I reckon. Would've gone with Widdop at half or, better yet, actually picked a halfback in the fucking squad.
Haha yeh, he did enjoy some kick off returns though. Still he and Tolman next year will provide awesome workrate. Wouldn't even bother picking a bench tbh. Will be the most impotent pair in the comp though
