    Not IMO.

Academical though as split halves its almost irrelevant

  2. Julian BJ Taylor

yeah right and left but Mullen would be the dominant half in that combination.

  3. Old Mate M Perry

Someone to make a sign reading "I glassed Greg Birds missus".

Better than that fucking thaiday night Footy sign that's for sure

  5. Old Mate M Perry

    That's disgraceful.

And as if you'd play Fittler and Daley in the centres with Kenny at five-eighth, ffs. Not to mention Gallen at second row. Stuart really has lost the plot over the last few years.

^Exactly why I posted it

    My team would be:

    1.Tim Brasher
    2.Michael O'Connor
    3.Brad Fittler
    4.Brett Kenny
    5.Andrew Ettingshausen
    6.Laurie Daley
    7.Andrew Johns
    8.Glenn Lazarus
    9.Danny Buderus
    10.Steve Roach
    11.Paul Sironen
    12.Steve Menzies
    13.Bradley Clyde

Gallen's form post 2010 probably warrants a spot ahead of Roach and maybe even Lazarus but you can't neglect the 5 or so years prior to that in which he could only make the side off and on and when he did was absolutely terrible.

If I was picking a team to actually play a game I probably wouldn't pick Johns at all. Maybe on the bench. I'd have the Sterling/Kenny combination. It's the best halves pairing NSW have had and maybe in Origin history. It's better than Stuart/Daley and it's right up there with Langer/Lewis.

Swear to god Garry Jack is the most overrated fullback in history. He was like Josh Dugan with the fumbles. Now, not having a passing game was a lot more acceptable in those days than it is now but he was praised for the same reasons Dugan is now - His kick returns and ball running were admittedly world class but they count for far too much in people's minds.

He wasn't very safe, struggled positionally and I don't think he was a particularly good defender.

I'm too young to have seen him. I honestly don't think I'd rate many past great fullbacks if you literally just transported them to the modern era but the position had different requirements then. It's why old blokes all rate Dugan and hate Hayne.

  14. Lukic L Popovic

Gallen in the 2nd row and Lazarus grabbing a dudes dick.

I haven't seen many of Jack's club games but I've seen every Origin he played. He wasn't anything special.

Are you a Balmain fan Lukic, or a Wests supporter?

So you pick him in this side, but wouldn't pick him in a team that had to play a game? Wtf? No way in the world is Johns the best NSW halfback.

Imagine Balmain, but he was like 4 when the clubs merged.

Yeah Jack was ordinary IMO. Belcher was the better of the two (considering they were opposition from the same era)

Naming a QLD best is tough.
