Inglis --> FB Tate --> Centres Graham --> Wing With Hodges and Taylor out on the right flank you may as well just go full on retarded.
It was pathetic. I thought Harrison made a few very poor errors, unlike him. This. Was definitely 10 in the bin. No fucking way. There is no guarantee Carney regathers and scores. It has to be 100% certain of a try. Doubt it. Will be Tate to centres and Graham to wing, or Nielson into the centres.
There's no such thing though, until the try is actually scored it's never 100%. Under the current rules and interpretations it was a no try but I reckon if the opposition are willing to use foul play then they should forfeit any right to benefit of the doubt and unless there's significant doubts the benefit should go with the team who was disadvantaged.
Did Jennings even hit the ball out of Tate's hand? I watched a reply and it looks like tate drops it before Jennings even comes into contact.
Righto Hadley. It wasn't even close to be 100%. If the ball was sitting down in the ingoal, then it would have been close. It's what we should do. Or Hodges to fullback, Tate to right centre.
I think Carney wins the race to the ball if Cronk doesn't hold him back, Cronk interfered with him quite a bit.
We're never going to see a penalty try that assumes a man not in a possession will ground a bouncing ball, under the current interpretation of the rules. Whether you think that's right or not, it's been like that for ages. The chance of a player getting a bad bounce and dropping it has ruled out many a penalty try over the years.
Boobidy makes a good point about the ball bouncing etc But he definitely would have got there first no doubt.
Yeah it was a certain try, you've only got to look at Dave Taylor's effort early to see that, I was just saying he would've got there first.
Things I noticed when hammered last night: *Brett Stewart looks a little off the pace and a bit out of his depth *Farah is a gun *Slaters derping it a bit this series *Ricky Stuart can't work a bench for shit, Lewis shoulld've been off with 15 to go * I don't think there's room for G Stewart, Creagh, Watmough and Lewis in one side if there all in the forwards. Glenn Stewart has failed to make any real impact thus far and Creagh is just a fuckstain
If Slater has done his PCL then he's definitely out for game 3. It's like 8 weeks recovery, then rehab etc. He'll be fighting to return by the finals.
1. Inglis 2. Boyd 3. Neilsen 4. Hodges 5. Tate Chambers has been pretty good for the Storm so far, if they still want a big unit on that left edge. Think he is injured atm though.
