    June 1943​

    The war on the Eastern Front was becoming a slog, however, the Germans were able to steal a march. They had been frustrated at Stalingrad, their progress had been slow, but now they had the death of a real big hitter to help their cause.

    Eds is dead. He was Victor Abamukov, Head of SMERSH, Soviet Union, Allies.

    Meanwhile, the relatively quiet Western Front suddenly sprung into action as a mini-invasion fleet headed towards Britain. However, they were caught by surprise when a Navy destroyer intercepted them. The invading army turned their attention towards the destroyer, and whilst this meant that they had to postpone their original raid, they had removed a crucial obstacle to any future plans in the West.

    Alex is dead. He was Sir Dudley Pound, Admiral of the Fleet, United Kingdom, Allies.

    Meanwhile, from deep in Occupied Poland, rumours are beginning to circulate of the most unspeakable atrocities being committed at Auschwitz.

    No, I wasn't visiting Jager.

    My role is to watch over a person during the night. As I felt Eds was clear I decided to watch him to see if anyone took him out. Jager was the only person to visit him, and Eds is dead. So....yeah.
