    Not too sure. They have it easier than previous years because of Aussie in another part. But Confederations Cup is on atm. We gotta play Spain aswell. That Italy game should give the boys tons of confidence.

    They won the Oceania qualifying and now have to wait until late this year to play the winner of the 3rd place play-off of Asia.

    The teams that they will possibly be playing are:
    North Korea
    Saudi Arabia
    Iran
    Bahrain
    Uzbekistan

    All of whom are probably better than New Zealand IMO.

    I'm not sure what thread this is supposed to be in but did the Italians field a 10th string side or something against the All Whites? Heard they only won after the coach panicked and subbed their first string players on...

    Yeah, Italy got a real big scare when they played New Zealand in a friendly the other day. They went behind three times or something.

    Not sure if it was with a second-string side though. I didn't watch it.
