Pretty straight forward. I'm barracking for the Cows today. I think it's finally their time. I just don't see them letting this opportunity pass them by and the Broncos have been overrated all season.
I hope the Cows win, mainly for Thurston. Best player of our generation and has been too good for too long without winning one (not really gonna count the Dogs one since he was just a benchy then). Good guy too. Broncos probably win. Why? I dunno they seem like a team that's not overly talented but just happen to get it done one way or another. Ball just seems to bounce their way too.
A lot will come down to ball control. Plenty of the finals games this year have been ridiculously sloppy. I think it's pertinent that in week 1 Brisbane completed at 92% to the Cows 73% and they still only won by 2 penalty goals.
Although I support the Broncos and always want them to win no matter who they play against, I can at least find peace in knowing that if they lose, the premiership will still go to a very deserving Queensland side.
