Who is going to win the NRL premiership next year?

It seems like on paper it would be between Melbourne and Manly once again. I think Melbourne has the edge this time around. In 2011 their forward pack was pretty wank, but Ryles could add something to it. Manly still have the same deadly side, but losing their coach and all the drama will probably affect them in a negative way.

Can't see Manly going as well next season. They've lost Hoppa, Robertson and Rodney. Replaced them with Farrar... They've got depth but those 3 guys are pretty important players as they were established FGers.

  3. Alec AD Funkotron

True, I forgot about some of their players that are leaving. They still have a very good side though.

  4. Cribbage RG Cribb

Melbourne should be pretty sizeable favourites at this point IMO.

    warriors

    really like our side

  6. AVA T Delonge

    Can't see Manly doing much.

    Storm should shit it in.

    put $100 on the storm.

That would be based more on wishful thinking than having any actual knowledge of Rugby League I would suggest.
I personally think West Tigers could go all the way, barring injuries of course. Melbourne will be up there and the Warriors will have another good year.

    Storm easily.

Titans to possibly make a GF appearance, depending on Scott Prince staying fit

    Storm.

Cowboys actually learn how to tackle and they've got the side to go all the way for sure. My dark horse.

  12. Alec AD Funkotron

True, they have a better chance if he's injured.

  13. Boobidy BJ Gemmell

You have said that every year.

I reckon that it's wide open.

Cronulla and the Gold Coast are my dark horses. If Carney or Prince fire like we know that they can, both sides are a good shot at top 4 IMO.

The Warriors are building to something and haven't lost much from last season. The same goes for the Cows.

And then, of course, you can't discount any Bennett or Bellamy coached teams.

Reckon it was just a rough patch for Prince. If he's on next year, the Titans have a top 4 side IMO. Reckon it could be the first time the Broncos finish as the lowest placed QLD side.

  16. Boobidy BJ Gemmell

I think the Cowboys will miss the 8.

  17. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

Doubt it. They were top 4 virtually all year until JT got injured. That was with Tate and Winterstein missing most of the year too.

  18. Boobidy BJ Gemmell

Thurston needs to win the Dally M for them to make the 8.

  19. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

lol, this year to deny. Mind you, he obviously would've won the Dally M had he stayed fit. He only needed 8 points from 9 rounds.
