59th minute: Puyol is called for a foul against Tevez, who is still down. The physio comes on and carries him off for a moment. It doesn't look that serious, though. With the free kick now, Eboue passes it short to Gallas who sends it to the right for Ronaldinho, but he doesn't even have the chance to take it as he's tripped by Toure.

60th minute: Arshavin with the free kick just outside the right corner of the penalty box. He sends it into the crowd of players on the left and BENZEMA OUTJUMPS EVRA TO TAKE THE HEADER AND IT'S IN! GOAL ELITE WARRIORS! That's his second goal and now the score is 1-3 to EWFC.

 

72nd minute: Phoenix struggling to get one over the Elite Warriors, but now Ribery plays a beautiful ball to Balotelli on the left who does even better to beat Gallas! He's taken it into the penalty area now and Messi has come back to try to stop him. AND HE TAKES A SHOT FROM JUST OUTSIDE THE SIX YARD BOX! VAN DER SAR TRIES TO DIVE AND TAKE IT BUT BALOTELLI DID JUST ENOUGH! GOAL PHOENIX! It's 2-3 now and everything is to play for.

73rd minute: Veloso and Bellamy haven't had the best of games and have been substituted by Frank Lampard and Wayne Rooney.

 

80th minute: van Persie comes on for Tevez.

83rd minute: Elite Warriors FC are really applying the pressure on the hosts now as they force 3 corners in a row.

 

86th minute: Evra cannot take the ball down the left wing and it goes into touch. Eboue tries to throw it long to Ronaldinho but Evra leaps for it and heads it to Barry, who passes it back inside to Lampard. He sends it down to Rooney, who's in a good position to shoot just outside the penalty box as he takes it past Terry. No! He passes it to BALOTELLI WHO TAKES THE SHOT INSTEAD! AND THAT'S GONE IN! That's Balotelli's second and they tie up the game, 3-all.

 

92nd minute: With just 3 minutes of stoppage time, both teams have attacked hard in the last two minutes. And now Cristiano Ronaldo is given a chance on the right wing. Where are Ashley Cole and John Terry? A prime shooting opportunity in the penalty area for Ronaldo with no defenders, but he decides to cross it. AND BARRY GETS OVER GALLAS AND HEADS IT TOWARDS GOAL! IT LOOKS GOOD! OH DEAR, IT HITS THE CROSSBAR! Bad luck.

 

FULLTIME: A 3-all draw where excellent attacking was displayed.

Ok. That was the first trial to see how things went. That was one of the more detailed matches I will do (I don't actually have THAT much time to do this for all the games). I'll aim to do 2 or 3 detailed games each round and the rest will just be me posting up the boring report (trust me, the commentary they do gets boring after lots of games) they give out.
