FUCK YEAH!!!! Just like a repeat of the game in Christchurch where the Canes also won by 1 point.

The Hurricanes started to go to shambles in the second and it wasn't looking likely but Leuia's judgement in getting the intercept pass won it for us and Barrett's perfect goal kicking.

Crusaders had better composure and built attack a hell of a lot better but at the end of the day they gave away too many penalties in the first and Leuia got us the win. A win is a win!!!!

    Keen for Kings vs Sharks.

    Fuck the canes

Yay the Canes, fuck the Saders.

Now only for the Sharks to beat the Kings like a ginger step child and for the Stormers to whether the onslaught of the Chiefs.

Well done Canes. The game was pretty sloppy for both teams.

And Saderd look set for a crap season. About fucking time.

Nah, as much as I'd like that. They'll come right, they always do.

I only watched bits of the game. But the parts I saw both teams were sloppy with Cantabs looking the better of the two. Then I would go into my room and when I would come out the Canes would be back in the match.

I think the difference in the game was Savea. He had no right to score his try and he bull dozed his way over Dagg who is an All Black. Cantabs wings by comparison are average by NPC standards and sub par by Super rugby standards.

Ellis I thought also could have done a better job directing traffic from half back.

Just watching the Brumbies Atm. I am going to bang on about this all season but I really think Aussie should make Jake White the coach of the Wallabies instead of Deans. The Brumbies look a million dollars with their technique and they win despite not having a star studded back line. I realise he would be reluctant to agree but just throw money at him.

It's so fun supporting the underdog. I'm enjoying all of the comments like these. If we get smashed, it's expected. If we spring a surprise, you look like a turd.

I wish SA had kept him. Instead we had bloody de Villiers and now have Meyer.

    The novelty will wear off.

Cheetahs absolutely shut the Highlanders down tonight. Wasn't helped by Lima gifting points but no doubt the Cheetahs were the far superior team, definitely good to see.

Brumbies dominating the Tahs in this game. Tahs just haven't really looked like scoring. Haven't been building the phases too well.

Warratah's - just when you conclude they are useless they score a try and surprise you. Basically they will win 2-3 games all season and will avoid the wooden spoon narrowly.

how about this Jesse Mogg guy Rego - Wallaby material? Better than AAC?

Just been watching highlights of the Canes/Crusaders game.

Firstly, dire game management from Canterbury, should not have lost that.

Secondly, what a beast Savea is. The way he ran through Dagg (who I rate as the best #15 in the world currently) was just, wow. Real eye opener. Boy reminds me of another South Sea Island Hurricane #11 a little bit.

Bad news for Brumbies/Wobblies with Pocock being fucked tho.

They've got young hooper is amazing at Super rugby level - he has to be seen to be believed. But is completely outplayed at test match level - if he gets more opportunities he may grow as a player which would be good for Aussie's depth at open side.

Aussie have always been strong at 7 all the way back to Poidevin.

Hooper was MOTM when they turned us over at Twickers in the autumn, depressed me no end. Old man's a Pom, apparently, so could've been playing for us too.

Plus George Smith still looked pretty useful when he came on today.
