Unfortunate to miss the playoffs with a 7-6 record, you might look at the Hammerheads season as a "what if?". What if they'd kept G Chad Dyer, and not acquired G Alistair Son (with whom they went 3-3 with)? What if C Ishan Narang played to his talent each and every match? What if they were in Conference A? The questions are fair enough, the season was a success for the Hammers, but they won't have the opportunity to play for the title. A lot when right for the Hammers, helping them step into BasketballSim's top teams. C Chris Warrington became a genuine post threat and commanded a starting spot, Son came in a game them an outside scorer to take pressure of the big boys (though some (Diggler >_>) would argue that he took too much away from the post) and G Jonny Ridd became a starting quality off-guard. But stuff also went wrong, such as a stagnant offence when Narang wasn't on song, the issue of finding a starter at the 3 (finally filled by rookie Reagan Wheelson) and the disappointing replacement backcourt rotation. The season was a winner for the Hammerheads though, and they should only improve - so long as they keep their core together.

Agreed. Two seasons in a row I've struggled to fit it into 2 teams. I thought 2 would suffice with limited teams (NBA has 3), but I'll have to now. The competition is too close.
