Well, that's put the proverbial cat amongst the pigeons. This has come out of nowhere. James got the ball and just put the accelerator down. The Spartans defence was unable to cover him and he dots down in the corner.

Another restart from Blunder, this time it's dropped cold by Jono Chewie. Dear oh dear. There was no reason at all to drop that.

Scrum to the Spartans, easy ball.

Cribb spreads the ball wide. Blunder takes a run on the far touch line and barges James out of the way. A good run of 10m.

Blunder cuts inside, draws in a defender and then passes back out wide to Farnsworth who's perilously close to the touchline.

He runs the touchline well, but is going to be covered by Bots and he passes back infield to Alessi. Alessi has nowhere to go and passes to Laing. Laing's immediately tackled by Manera but Deane and Ritchie secure the ball for the Spartans.

Cribb to Alessi. Alessi to Orr. Orr has too much pace for Martyn. Alessi on the diagonal and Orr finds him. Great move here, and there's space for the Spartans out wide.

Alessi with a huge pass out to Blunder. Perfectly timed, and Blunder holds the ball and has plenty of space to play with. Just Bots to beat. Blunder wrong-foots Bots and is over.
