Humble with the ball on the run, he's barged a couple of guys out the way, but he's scragged by Glensor. Not the best move from Humble - he's found himself in the middle of half a dozen Hurricanes forwards. That's a turnover, and quick ball to boot.

Pilgrim plucks the ball from the ruck and accelerates round the side of the ruck. With Humble, Gemmell and Burridge committed at the ruck, there's a yawning space there for Pilgrim to exploit. He's got too much pace for the cover defender - Popovic - and Pilgrim dots down about 10m to the left of the posts.

This conversion is bread and butter for Ames, and he doesn't disappoint.

Scrum to the Gamblers on the half way line. Easily secured the ball there. Hornby passes to Taylor. Taylor out to O'Driscoll. O'Driscoll not making any headway and the Hurricanes line is bearing down on him. O'Driscoll somehow gets the ball back to Hornby. That's incredibly lucky, but it's come off with the Canes defence rushing forward, Hornby finds himself in a small gap. Weaver bears across to close it, but a perfectly timed pass from Hornby finds King in space.

What a wonderful pass. King's away. Only Son can stop him now, and Son warns King to give it up. King doesn't listen to the warning though and slides down in the corner to give the Gamblers back the lead.

Deep into Gamblers territory now, Luke Pilgrim with the ball. He beats Jimmy Read for pace. Popovic comes across to cover, so Pilgrim offloads to Son. Poor pass, but Son somehow collects the ball at shin height. Popovic has done well not to commit to tackling Pilgrim, and he changes direction to try and tackle Son, however, this has left Pilgrim alone again and Son easily finds him with a good pass and Read tries to tackle him on the try line. I think Pilgrim has the ball down though. We'll go to the TMO....
