no doubt, but i think he is probably to old to get another gig in the premiership, maybe he goes back to the scotland
Absolutely ****ing massive game tomorrow morning - Newcastle v Middlesbrough 5am on Fox Sports. The statistics for both sides are dire TSTL: Newcastle have not won a game in 10 and have scored 1 goal in the last 5 matches. They also have not scored a goal for 279 minutes. Boro have won one in eight and only two in 23. They have failed to score in 13 of their last 18 matches. Basically, a win is necessary for both teams, with a loss spelling almost certain relegation. A draw won't do either club any good, which is worrying for both considering that the last four Tyne-Tees derbies have ended in draws. Newcastle have Enrique, Ameobi, Barton and Gonzalez out for this match, while Pogatetz and Riggott will not be playing for Middlesbrough. Here's how it stands at the wrong end of the ladder atm: --------------------- 16. Sunderland - 36 (-17) 17. Hull City - 34 (-24) 18. Newcastle United - 31 (-19) 19. Middlesbrough - 31 (-26) 20. West Bromwich Albion - 31 (-29) Hull and Sunderland are still well in the mix... Hull in particular should be worried considering they gained 20 points from their first 9 games, and have gone on to claim 14 points from their next 26 games... It's desperation football tomorrow. Should be a great game IMO.
Newcastle win 3-1 and Middlesbrough are almost gone... --------------------- 16. Sunderland - 36 (-17) 17. Newcastle United - 34 (-17) 18. Hull City - 34 (-24) 19. Middlesbrough - 31 (-28) 20. West Bromwich Albion - 31 (-29) 3 games to go for each team iirc. Hull and Newcastle still with everything to play for.
Yeah they where ****ing amazing, esp. Geovanni. Owen & co got another season then... Shearer is ****ing awesome.
Still hungover from the Newcastle Match last night....what a result for us. I honestly thought we were doomed to relegation, but hopefully that win and a decent result against Fulham at home next, will see us retain our Premier League status.
hahahah i remember that i laughed then and i laugh at them now "if not europe, for sure top half of the table"
I think hull were supposed to be at 4th spot in EPL, that's what talk was about in early season when a god was ruining our season.
--------------------- 15. Portsmouth - 38 (-20) 16. Sunderland - 36 (-17) 17. Newcastle United - 34 (-17) 18. Hull City - 34 (-24) 19. Middlesbrough - 31 (-28) 20. West Bromwich Albion - 31 (-29)
Lol you are too confident. There's still two games to go, and they're only out of the dropzone on goal difference...
