Anyone ever master the shortcut in Wario Stadium? Also loved deliberately coming last on that track, getting lightning and then using it as soon as the others were about to hit the jump.
It took me a year to discover that if you hold B right after you hit a banana peel, you recover from it.
I always chose peach, mainly cause she's a cunt to verse, and avoid fighting over Yoshi with player 2.
Yoshi or Toad depending on who I play with, sometimes even Mario - but only when the other two are gone or the other dude chooses DK/Wario/Bowser.

I always used to use Wario and my bro used Bowser. Sometimes we'd even forget about the race, and drive around the train tracks on one of the maps, following the train and trying to overtake it without crashing.
I think my cartridge has slightly corrupted, because on my old MK you used to miss the train by inches at the first crossing, Now on my current one, the train doesn't come close, ever. We'd play tag on Royal Raceway.
My favorite cup is the first one, When we have enough people for 4 player we'll play that or Rainbow Road/Wario Stadium. Rainbow Road is long, but it's an awesome 4p track.
