    ....you've ever seen?

    To me he is.

He definitely holds the title currently. If he continues this sort of impact next season onwards probably yes. I'd still take prime Ben Kennedy over Taumalolo for now.

Tallis in his prime is in this argument as well.

Can you edit posts anymore went to add it to the post before but couldn't figure out how

FTR as well I'm assuming this is purely forwards because otherwise including Backs, Inglis and Meninga have him covered.

  5. Maroon_Faithful M Faithful

Yeah forward exclusive because by damaging I mean impact at the line.

    I think so, he's outstanding.

His stats yesterday were ridiculous. 37 tackles, 256 metres and a try.

    Dude is an absolute monster.

  9. Paddy P Orr

    8 tackle busts as well.

Yes, by some distance for me.
Ben kennedy is a fine example, but Taumalolo is consistently a beast of a ball runner.

Taumalolo is a physical specimen. Truly a once in a generation player.

He's a beast. I thought Melbourne really limited his impact in the GF, but he still picked up 120 metres at 10m a run.

Yeah it's pretty amazing that one of his statistically worst games is a great game for most middle third forwards. 10 hit-ups for 100m and 35 tackles. Melbourne did a great job on him.

Having Scott and Maclean next year hopefully makes things so much easier on him as far as workload goes. He's basically carried this pack. I feel Taumalolo could have done more if he was allowed to also run at the edges too. Just one out hit ups really played in the Storm's hands.

how's he that big and yet plays 65 mins?
