But it's almost certainly a disappointment for LeBron Ames, who was part of the dominant 11-1 regular season Tigers side of Season 5 who eventually succumbed to the Ocelots after dominant performances from the likes of Ryan Gayler and league & finals MVP Charlie Downes. However, as Ames moves on to the Hurricanes he'll be looking to go one better and make it third time lucky having also lost to the Colts of Diggler and Son in Season 4. Having gradually improved season-on-season, Tigers head coach Brett Hall was more than happy to use him as a rotation Power Forward due to his adequate 6'9 frame. Ames appeared to excel in this role as he racked up an average of 9.8 rebounds per game as well as pushing on to become one of the league's star scorers with an average of over 21 points per game. However, his inefficiency has perhaps led critics to leave Ames out of the 'superstar' conversation even with the league's apparent lack of quality Small Forwards. Despite the plentiful scoring options at the Tigers, the English forward still forced shots on occasion and finished the season with a field goal percentage of roughly 43%. He'll be looking to improve this alongside his below par performance from the free throw line, where he averaged 72.1%.

The seven footer is looking to revitalise his career following a no-more-than-satisfactory stint at the Parrots, who replace him with fellow Asian Jono Chewie. Despite his undoubted potential, Himann has found it difficult to live up to the media hype, and played second-fiddle to British superstar Jake Howe in the Parrots' post offense. However, a handy jumpshot that few other centres in the league can replicate means he's incredibly versatile in attack and difficult to defend. But it's at the other end of the court that he really shines - he's primarily a rim protector, and given the likelihood of LeBron Ames taking long shifts at the power forward role, it's vital that Himann steps up at the defensive end. Amongst the league leaders for blocks per game over the past two seasons, it's now time for Himann to really become the defensive leader he's capable of. He'll also be looking to regain his hustle of season five where he managed an outstanding 3.8 offensive rebounds per game, despite playing under 30 minutes. He's certainly one to watch.
